Sales order and delivery software for businesses that ship, not just sell
Not every sale happens over a counter. A contractor orders 200 bags of cement to be sent to his site over three days. A pharmacy orders medicine from a distributor today for delivery tomorrow. A Facebook customer orders a dress that ships by courier. In each case the order, the goods leaving the godown and the payment all happen at different times.
Posify24 handles this with sales orders and deliveries. You quote, confirm the order, deliver in one go or in parts, and collect payment, with stock and customer dues correct at every step. Each document is numbered and printable, so your customer, your driver and your accountant see the same thing.

From quotation to confirmed order
Big buyers ask for a price first. Create a quotation in Posify24 and track it as draft, sent, accepted, rejected or converted to a sale. When the customer agrees, convert it to a sale order instead of typing it again.
The sale order is your invoice. It carries the customer, products, prices, discount and the due date for payment. If your business charges VAT or supplementary duty, pick a tax group on the order and the taxes are worked out for you; see VAT on invoices. The printed A4 invoice also shows the customer's previous due, so they see the full picture every time.
For customers who buy on a long-term agreement, such as a building contractor, you can record a contract with its lines and a valid-until date, and see how much has been delivered against it and how much remains.
Deliveries that match the gate
When goods leave the godown, record a delivery against the order. Add the gate pass number, vehicle, driver, carrier and the customer's delivery address. The delivery takes the goods out of stock and the printed delivery document goes with the truck.
If the customer wants the goods in parts, deliver part of the order now and the rest later. Posify24 keeps track of what has gone and what is still to deliver, so you never send the same bags twice or forget the last load.
Returns without messing up the books
Customers return goods: a wrong size, a damaged bag, an unsold carton. Enter a sale return and stock comes back and the customer's due goes down. If the goods do not come back to stock, such as an item that is thrown away, use a return without stock.
A confirmed invoice is never deleted. If an order was wrong, cancel or void it. It keeps its number, so your invoice serial stays continuous, and only confirmed documents count in stock, dues and reports.
Linked to dues, reps and reports
Every unpaid order adds to the customer's due, which you follow in the due ledger. If you work with sales reps, each sale records the rep, so you can see outstanding bills per rep and per territory on the field sales and territories page. Sales commission can be set up for your team and checked in its own report.

Who it is for
Sales orders and deliveries matter most to distributors and wholesalers, who take orders in the market and deliver from the godown, and to building materials shops that send rod, cement and tiles to sites over several trips. F-commerce sellers use the same orders to track each customer's phone, address and delivery status.
Frequently asked questions
Can I take an order before the stock arrives?
In the Distribution business type, yes: a sale order can be booked without a stock check, and you deliver when the goods come in. Building Materials accounts can also sell without stock on hand, which suits goods that come straight from the supplier to the site.
Can one order be delivered in several trips?
Yes. Record a delivery for each trip with its own gate pass, vehicle and driver. The order shows how much has been delivered and how much is still pending.
Can I print a challan or gate pass for the driver?
Yes. Each delivery records a gate pass number, vehicle, driver and address, and the delivery document prints with the products, warehouse, boxes and quantity for the driver to carry.
Does Posify24 connect to courier companies?
No. Posify24 does not connect to courier services such as Pathao, Steadfast or RedX today. You record the carrier on the delivery yourself.
Can a quotation become an invoice without typing it again?
Yes. When the customer accepts, convert the quotation to a sale order. The products and prices carry over, and the quotation is marked converted.
