Clothing shop POS software with size and colour stock
A panjabi is not one product. It is size 38, 40, 42 and 44, in white, cream and navy. A sandal is size 36 to 41 in black and tan. In a register, that is one line: "panjabi, 40 pcs". Then a customer asks for a 42 in navy, and nobody knows if there is one left.
Posify24 is clothing shop POS software that tracks stock by size and colour. You buy, price and sell each size separately, and the counter can see what is left before sending a salesman to the back.
Choose "Clothing" or "Footwear" as your shop type at signup. Posify24 turns on the size and colour matrix and sets up matching categories and units. A shop that sells both clothes and shoes can add both shop types to one account.

Know which sizes you actually have
The usual problem in a garments shop is not total stock, it is the wrong sizes. You have 30 jeans, but 20 of them are size 28 and 36, and everyone wants a 32.
With the size and colour matrix, purchase entry is size-wise: when a supplier sends 60 polo shirts, you enter how many of each size and colour came in. The stock balance shows the same split. Over a season, the Sales Insights slow-movers list shows which items are not selling, so you can mark them down before they become old stock. More in inventory management.
Prices can differ by size too. A kids' size and an XXL of the same shirt do not have to cost the same.
Billing during the Eid rush
The two weeks before Eid can bring in a large share of a clothing shop's year, and the counter is where it slows down. On the Posify24 POS, scan the tag or search the product, pick the size, and it is in the cart.
When a family is still choosing, hold their sale and bill the next customer, then resume the held sale when they are ready. A customer can pay part in cash and part by card or bKash. Give a discount at the counter, and print an 80 mm receipt.
Tags and labels from the purchase
New stock is not ready to sell until it has a tag. Posify24 prints barcode labels from the purchase order, in large or small layouts, so the shipment from the supplier can be tagged before it reaches the rack.
Returns and exchanges
Exchanges are part of selling clothes: the size was wrong, or the colour looks different at home. Record a sale return and the item goes back into stock, and the return shows up in your sales reports, so a busy exchange day does not hide in your sales total. Then bill the replacement as a new sale.
Bring regulars back, across outlets
Clothing customers come back for every occasion. Loyalty points let them earn points on what they spend and use them as a discount next time. Sales Insights groups customers over 12 months and flags those who may be leaving.
If you run a showroom in one market and a second outlet across town, multi-branch gives each its own warehouse and users, and lets you transfer stock: send the size 42s from the branch that has too many to the branch that has none.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to create a separate product for every size?
No. With the size and colour matrix turned on, one product carries its sizes and colours, and purchase entry, stock and prices work size by size.
Can I sell shoes by the pair?
Yes. The Footwear shop type sets up pair, pieces and box as units, with size and colour turned on for shoes.
Can I sell in the shop and on Facebook from the same stock?
Yes, if you set up your Facebook page as a sale platform. Orders for that platform then come out of the same stock. Posify24 does not connect to Facebook itself today, so orders from the page are entered by hand.
Can I move unsold winter stock to my other outlet?
Yes. Use a stock transfer between branches or warehouses: send it instantly, or as a transfer order that the other outlet receives, in full or in part.
Can I see what each salesman did at the counter?
Yes. Every user signs in with their own account, roles decide which screens and actions they can use, and the audit log records every action. Discounts appear on each sale, so you can check them later.
