F-commerce software for Facebook page sellers

An order on a page is a phone number, an address and an item, usually in a chat thread. In Posify24, each order is a sale order with the customer's phone and contact address. Search the customer by phone the next time they order and their details are already there.

Each order has a status: new order, pending, incomplete, out of stock, delivered or cancelled. So the morning question "which orders still need to go out?" has an answer on one screen, not in the chat history. See sales orders and delivery.

Orders from the page are entered into Posify24 by you or your team. Posify24 does not read Facebook messages or comments.

The worst message for a page seller is "sorry, that size is sold out" after the customer has already paid. With the size and colour matrix, stock is kept for each size and colour, and every confirmed order takes stock from the right one. One customer orders three items; two are in stock, one arrives next week. Deliver the two now and the third later; Posify24 records a partial delivery and keeps the rest of the order open. Each delivery goes to the customer's address. When a parcel comes back, record a sale return and the item goes back into stock.

Selling through your page, a marketplace and your own website does not cost the same. Posify24 lets you define each sale platform with its own charges: an onboarding fee, a monthly fee, a percentage on successful orders and a percentage on failed orders. You can also set a product's price per platform, with an effective date and per size.

Reports and Sales Insights filter by platform, with each platform's share of sales, so you can see whether the marketplace is worth its commission compared with your page.
