POS software with bKash, Nagad and Rocket kept in their own accounts
Half your customers now pay by bKash or Nagad. The money arrives in the shop's wallet, the customer shows you the message, and the sale is written down as "paid". At night, the cash drawer is short and nobody knows whether the difference is in bKash, in Nagad, or simply missing.
Posify24 treats every payment method as its own account. When a bill is paid by bKash, Posify24 records it against your bKash account, not against cash. At closing you see how much should be in the drawer, how much in each wallet and how much in the bank, and you can check each one against the real balance.
To be clear from the start: Posify24 records bKash, Nagad and Rocket payments. It is not a payment gateway. It does not connect to the bKash or Nagad systems, does not show a QR code and does not confirm a transaction for you. Your customer pays to your wallet as usual, and you record the payment in Posify24.

Every payment method in the right place
Posify24 comes with Cash, Bank, Card, bKash, Nagad and Rocket set up as payment methods. Each method is linked to an account, such as your bKash merchant number, your Nagad number or a bank account, so the balance for each one is tracked separately. You can add, rename or switch off payment methods in the control panel, choose which one is selected by default, and decide where each one can be used: sales, purchases, expenses or deposits.
If you have more than one bKash number or bank account, a method can ask the cashier to pick the account on each payment, so the money is booked to the right one.
Split one bill across cash and mobile wallets
A customer buys ৳5,800 of goods. They pay ৳3,000 in cash and ৳2,800 by Nagad. On the POS, switch to split payment, add each method with its amount, and Posify24 shows what is still due until the bill is fully paid. Both payments are saved on the same sale.
If the customer pays only part, attach them to the sale and the rest goes to their due, as described in the due ledger. When they pay that due later by bKash, record the deposit with bKash as the method and it lands in the same wallet account.
Handle the cash-out or card charge
Card and mobile wallet payments can carry a charge. In Posify24 you set a service charge percentage on a payment method. At the counter, the cashier can choose whether the customer pays that charge on this bill, and the amount is shown on the payment. This way the charge is not silently taken out of your margin.
See each wallet in your cash book
Because each method is tied to an account, the money flows into your accounts automatically. The cash book and bank statements in accounts and cash book show what came in through each account, and the daily opening and closing report shows the balance at the start and end of each day. Compare the bKash figure in Posify24 with the balance on your phone and any gap shows up the same day, not at the end of the month.

Frequently asked questions
Is Posify24 a bKash or Nagad payment gateway?
No. Posify24 records payments made by bKash, Nagad and Rocket against the right account. It does not connect to the bKash or Nagad API, does not generate a QR code and does not take money on your behalf. The customer pays to your own wallet as they do today.
Can I take bKash and cash on the same bill?
Yes. Use split payment on the POS, add each method with its amount, and the screen shows how much is still left. Both payments are saved on the one sale.
I have two bKash numbers. Can I track them separately?
Yes. Set up an account for each number and pick the right one when you record the payment. Each account keeps its own balance in your cash book.
Can I record a supplier payment by Nagad?
Yes. Payment methods are not only for sales. You can use the same methods for purchases, expenses and deposits, and choose where each method is allowed.
Does Posify24 show the transaction ID from the bKash message?
There is no separate transaction ID field on a sale payment today. The payment is recorded by method, account and amount, and the daily closing report helps you match it against your wallet balance.
