E-commerce inventory and order management software for Bangladesh
An online store in Bangladesh rarely sells in one place. There is the website, one or two marketplaces, a Facebook page, and often a small showroom or pickup point. Each channel takes orders against the same shelf, charges its own fees and sometimes needs its own price. Without one system behind them, the same last unit gets sold twice, and nobody knows which channel actually makes money.
Posify24 is e-commerce inventory software that keeps one stock across all your channels, records what each channel costs you, and follows every order from booking to delivery. Your website or marketplace stays where it is; Posify24 is the back office behind it.
Choose "Online Store" as your business type at signup. Sale platforms and the size and colour matrix are switched on.

One stock behind every channel
Set up each channel as a sale platform: your website, each marketplace, your page, your showroom. Every order names its platform and takes stock from the same pool, so the count you see is the count you have. The low stock and out of stock lists tell you what to pause or restock before a channel oversells.
Stock can sit in more than one warehouse. Posify24 supports warehouse types such as stock, showroom and delivery, so you can keep your main stock in one place and a pickup stock in another, and move goods between them with a stock transfer: an instant transfer, or a transfer order that is carried and then received. Each transfer can record the vehicle, driver and phone. See inventory management and multi-branch.
A different price on each channel
Marketplace prices often have to be higher to cover commission, and a website sale can afford a lower price. In Posify24, set a product's price per platform, with an effective date and per size. Plan a price change for a campaign day by setting the date it starts.
Each platform also carries its own charges: an onboarding fee, a monthly fee, a percentage on successful orders and a percentage on failed orders. That last one matters in Bangladesh, where returned and refused parcels still cost money.
Orders from booking to doorstep
Each order is a sale order with the customer's phone and contact address. Its status shows where it is: new order, pending, incomplete, out of stock, delivered or cancelled. Deliveries go to the customer's address, and one order can be delivered in parts when items come from different stock. Returned items come back into stock through a sale return. More in sales orders and delivery.
Because only confirmed documents count in stock, dues and reports, a draft order does not move your numbers until you confirm it. A confirmed invoice is never deleted; it is cancelled or voided and keeps its number, so your invoice serial stays continuous.
Which channel is worth it
Sales reports filter by platform, and Sales Insights shows each platform's share of revenue along with discounts, returns and gross profit for the period compared with the previous one. With 3 months of history, it adds revenue and profit by month with a forecast, 30-day demand and reorder advice.
If you mainly sell through a Facebook page and want a lighter setup, see f-commerce software.

Frequently asked questions
Will Posify24 build or run my online store?
No. Posify24 does not provide a storefront or website builder. It manages the stock, orders, deliveries and accounts behind the store you already have.
Can orders flow in automatically from my website or a marketplace?
Not today. Posify24 does not import orders from a website, marketplace or Facebook, and it does not connect to courier services. Orders are entered in Posify24.
Can a product have a different price on each marketplace?
Yes. Set a price per platform, per size if needed, with the date it takes effect.
How do I count the cost of failed deliveries?
Give each platform its percentage on failed orders, along with its other charges. Reports and Sales Insights by platform then let you compare channels on more than sales alone.
Can my warehouse staff and customer service team have different access?
Yes. Users and roles control access per screen and action, and the audit log records every action. The number of users depends on your plan.
