Distribution management software for distributors and dealers in Bangladesh
A distributor's money is in the market. Two hundred shops across five thanas owe you for goods delivered last week, last month and, for a few, last season. Your SRs or MIOs book orders, the van delivers, and the collection comes back in pieces. At month end, the company asks for sales against target, and the answer is in three registers and a WhatsApp group.
Posify24 is distributor management software in Bangladesh: a distributor management system and distribution management software that keeps orders, deliveries, market dues, field staff and stock in one place, for distributors and dealers of every size. It runs in the browser, so the godown, the office and the owner's phone all see the same figures.
Choose "Distribution" at signup and pick your segment: Medicine, Fertilizer, Agro Chemical, Animal Feed, FMCG or General. You can pick more than one if you carry several lines.

Built around your product line
Each segment sets up its own categories and units. Fertilizer comes with urea, TSP, MOP, DAP and organic, sold by bag, kg or ton. Animal feed has poultry, cattle and fish feed in starter, grower and finisher stages, by bag or kg. FMCG uses pieces, carton, box and dozen. Medicine uses strip, box, bottle, vial and ampoule.
The words change too. In a medicine distribution account your field staff are "MIO" and the customer's licence field reads "Drug Licence No.". Fertilizer and agro accounts say "Field Officer" and "Dealer Licence No.". Feed and FMCG say "SR" and use the dealer or trade licence number. Your team sees the terms it already uses.
Market dues, by shop, rep and territory
In Posify24, every customer has a territory and an assigned rep, and each sale records the rep. Customers carry an opening due, a credit limit and credit days; a sale that would push a shop over its limit is refused.
The customer due ageing report splits dues into 0-30, 31-60, 61-90 and 90+ days by territory, and when a shop pays, the payment settles its oldest invoices first. The rep outstanding report shows the bills outstanding for each rep as on any date, by territory, customer or branch. So when you ask an SR "why is Bhai Bhai Store still owing?", you both look at the same list. See due ledger and field sales and territories.
Orders, godown and delivery
A distributor often takes orders before the company's truck arrives. Posify24 lets you book sale orders before stock is in the godown: there is no stock check when the order is booked.
When you deliver, record the gate pass number, vehicle, driver and the customer's address. Deliver part of an order now and the rest when stock arrives. Sale returns bring goods back into stock. More in sales orders and delivery.
On the buying side, purchase orders, goods received and purchase returns keep your company payables right, and the purchase commission setup and report cover commission on your buying. See purchase management.
Batch and expiry on medicine, feed, agro and FMCG
For medicine, agro chemical, feed and FMCG lines, batch and expiry are entered on every purchase line, and stock leaves earliest-expiry-first (FEFO). The near-expiry report shows what has to move soon, before it turns into a claim with the company. See batch and expiry tracking.
Targets and performance
Set sales targets per employee, per product, per month, in quantity and in value. The rep-wise product sales report shows what each SR, MIO or field officer sold, and target vs actual shows where they stand. Sales commission setup and its report work out what each rep has earned. Sales Insights adds period comparisons, branch breakdowns and reorder advice.

Frequently asked questions
What does a distributor management system do?
It runs the distributor's whole cycle in one place: buying from the company, the godown stock, orders booked by SRs or MIOs, deliveries, the dues each shop owes and the collections against them, and the sales against target. Posify24 is that distribution management software for Bangladesh distributors, in the browser, with the terms and units of your product line.
Is there software for medicine distributors in Bangladesh?
Yes. A medicine account uses MIOs, the drug licence number, strip and box units, and batch and expiry on every purchase with earliest-expiry-first delivery. See medicine distributor software.
Do my SRs get a mobile app for taking orders?
Not a separate one. Posify24 does not have an order-taking app for reps, GPS tracking or visit planning today. Reps can sign in through a phone browser with their own user and roles, or orders are entered at the office.
Can I carry medicine and FMCG in one account?
Yes. Add both segments. Their categories and units combine, and batch and expiry rules apply per product category.
How do I know which shops are overdue?
Use the customer due ageing report. It groups each shop's dues into 0-30, 31-60, 61-90 and 90+ days, and you can view it by territory.
Can I take an order when the item is out of stock?
Yes. Distribution accounts can book sale orders without a stock check, then deliver in part or in full when the goods arrive.
Can I send the invoice to the shop by SMS?
Yes, once you set up an SMS gateway under Communication settings. Posify24 can then send the sale invoice to the customer and a payment confirmation when you record a collection.
