Sales report software that tells you what to do next

Every shop has data. The sales memo, the purchase bills, the stock register, the cash book. What most owners lack is the time to add it all up and see what it means: which products make money, which ones sit on the shelf, which customers have stopped coming, and whether this month is better than last.

Posify24 does the adding up for you. Because every sale, purchase, payment and stock movement is recorded as it happens, the reports are always current. Over 30 report screens cover sales, purchases, stock, accounts and HR, and the Sales Insights screen goes further: it compares periods, points out what stands out and gives plain advice.

Reports for every part of the business

Sales reports show the summary, orders, deliveries, returns, customer-wise sales, commission and profit and loss. Purchase reports show orders, receives, returns, supplier totals and commission. Stock reports show the summary, full history, near-expiry items, transfers and wastage; see inventory management. Accounts reports include the cash book, bank statements, daily opening and closing, profit and loss, income statement and balance sheet; see accounts and cash book.

For businesses that sell on credit through reps, there are the customer due ageing report (0-30, 31-60, 61-90 and 90+ days), the rep outstanding report and rep-wise product sales, covered on the field sales and territories page.

Reports export to CSV and PDF, and stock reports to Excel too, so your accountant or partner gets the same figures you see. Only confirmed documents count, so a draft or voided bill never inflates your sales.

Sales Insights: what changed and why

The Sales Insights screen compares the period you choose with the period before it: revenue, cost, gross profit, margin and returns. A "what stands out" section points out the biggest changes so you do not have to hunt for them, and an advice section suggests what to look at.

Revenue and profit are shown month by month, with a forecast for the coming months once you have three months of history. Before Eid or the winter season, that forecast helps you decide how much stock to carry.

Know your products and customers

Not every product earns the same. The ABC matrix sorts products by how much they bring in, so you can give shelf space and attention to the ones that matter. Stock cover shows how long your current stock will last, 30-day demand shows what is selling now, and reorder advice suggests what to buy. Slow movers are listed separately, so you can discount them before they turn into dead stock.

On the customer side, Sales Insights groups customers into segments over the last 12 months, including those who may be leaving: the regulars who used to buy often and have gone quiet. A phone call to them is often all it takes.

By branch, platform and target

If you run more than one outlet, Sales Insights breaks revenue down by branch, with each one's share, discounts, returns and target against actual; see multi-branch. If you sell through several platforms, such as your shop, a Facebook page and a website, the same breakdown shows each platform's share. Each business type also gets a dashboard with the figures that matter for it.

Who it is for

Frequently asked questions

Can my staff see profit and cost figures?

Cost figures are shown only to owner and admin roles, so a cashier does not see your margins. Roles and permissions also control which report screens each user can open.

Why does the forecast not show anything yet?

The forecast needs three months of sales history to work from. Until then, Sales Insights still shows the period comparison and the product and customer analysis.

Can I get reports emailed to me every day?

Not today. Posify24 does not send scheduled email reports. Since it runs in the browser, you can open any report from your phone whenever you want.

Do cancelled or voided invoices show in sales reports?

No. Only confirmed documents count in reports, stock and dues. Voided invoices keep their number for your records but do not add to sales.

Can I filter reports by branch?

Yes. Reports filter by branch, and Sales Insights shows every branch's share of revenue side by side.
