Inventory management software that knows what is in every godown
Stock is cash sitting on a shelf. When you do not know what you have, you either run out of a fast seller in the middle of the season or order more of something that is already gathering dust in the godown. A stock register written by hand is always a few days behind, and nobody likes the annual count.
Posify24 keeps your stock live. Every purchase receive adds to it, every sale and delivery takes from it, every transfer and damaged item is recorded. You open the stock screen and see the real quantity in each showroom and godown, right now, from any browser.

Know your stock without walking to the godown
Many shops keep goods in more than one place: the showroom, a back store, a godown down the road. Posify24 lets you set up as many warehouses as you need and mark each one by type, such as showroom, stock, delivery, production or head office. Each branch can be linked to its own warehouse.
The stock balance shows quantity per product per warehouse. Units are set per product, so you can sell rice in kg, oil in ltr and biscuits by the carton. For goods that come in boxes, set the quantity per box and Posify24 shows stock as boxes plus loose pieces. You can also set up a product as a bundle made from several other items, such as a gift pack.
Catch shortages before the customer does
Set a minimum stock level for each product. The low stock list then shows every item that has fallen below its level, and the out of stock list shows what is already gone. Check them before you call your supplier and your order is based on facts, not memory. Raise the order straight from purchase management.
Posify24 does not send automatic SMS or email low-stock alerts today. The low stock list and the dashboard are where you check.
Stock count, wastage and stock history
Once a month, or before Eid, count what is on the shelf and enter it as a physical stock count. Posify24 adjusts the system stock to match and keeps the record. Goods that are damaged, expired or lost go in as wastage, marked damaged, expired or lost, so the loss shows up in reports instead of disappearing.
Every movement is kept in stock history: purchase, sale, return, transfer, count, wastage. When a number looks wrong, you can trace it back to the exact document that changed it.
Move stock between shops and godowns
When one branch runs short and another has extra, move the goods. For a quick move, use an instant transfer. For a real trip by van, create a transfer order, mark it as carrying with the vehicle number, driver and phone, then receive it at the other end. If only part of the load arrives, it is marked partially received until the rest comes. Read more about running several outlets on the multi-branch page.
Batches, expiry and sizes
Medicine, food and agro products need batch and expiry dates. Posify24 stores the batch, expiry and manufacturing date on stock, and can pick stock first-expiring-first-out (FEFO) or first-in-first-out (FIFO), set per company. The batch and expiry tracking page explains this in detail. Clothing and footwear shops get size and colour stock instead, so you know how many size 40 shoes are left, not only how many shoes. Size-wise barcode labels keep those numbers right at the counter.

Who it is for
Every business that holds stock uses this. It matters most to retail shops and super shops with thousands of items, pharmacies that need batch and expiry control, and clothing and footwear shops that track stock by size and colour. Shops with a separate godown or more than one outlet get the most from warehouses and transfers.
Frequently asked questions
Can I enter my current stock when I start?
Yes. Use opening stock to enter what you already have in each warehouse. After that, purchases, sales, returns and transfers keep the numbers up to date on their own.
Can Posify24 track IMEI or serial numbers?
No. Posify24 does not track IMEI, serial numbers or warranty periods today. It tracks stock by product, and by batch and expiry or by size and colour where you need them.
Will I get an SMS when stock runs low?
Not today. Set a minimum stock level per product and check the low stock list or dashboard. It shows every item below its level in one place.
Can I export my stock list?
Yes. Stock reports export to Excel and PDF, and other reports export to CSV and PDF. That is handy for your accountant or for a count sheet.
How does stock move between two branches?
Create a transfer from one warehouse to the other. For goods sent by van, use a transfer order with the carrier details, and the receiving branch marks it received, in full or in part.
