Barcode label printing software that makes every product scannable
A barcode scanner only helps if your products have barcodes. Packaged goods from big companies do, but a lot of what Bangladeshi shops sell does not: panjabi and t-shirts from local makers, shoes in a dozen sizes, loose hardware, items you repack yourself. Without a label, your cashier types or searches, and the queue grows.
Posify24 makes the barcode for you. Every product gets a barcode based on its code, and you print labels with your shop name, product name and price. For clothing and footwear, each size gets its own label, and scanning it at the counter adds that exact size to the bill.

Labels for any product, whenever you need them
Open Print Labels from the product menu. Type the product code, pick the size if the product has sizes, enter how many labels you need and whether the price should show including or excluding VAT. Add as many products as you like to the sheet, check the preview and print.
Each label carries your company name, the product name, the size where there is one, the price and a barcode. The layout prints one small label per page, which suits a roll label printer. Print ten labels for a new arrival or two to replace a torn tag, it takes the same few seconds.
Print labels as the stock arrives
The right moment to label goods is when they come in. In Posify24 you can print barcode labels straight from a purchase order, in a large or a small layout. Posify24 prints one label for every unit on the order, with your shop name, the size and the sale price, so 24 shirts on the order means 24 labels ready to stick. Read more on purchase management.
This way nothing reaches the shelf without a label, and the price on the tag is the same price the POS will charge.
Size-wise labels for clothing and footwear
Clothing and shoe shops sell the same design in many sizes. If all sizes share one barcode, the counter has to stop and ask "which size?" every time, and your size-wise stock goes wrong.
In Posify24 the barcode for a sized product includes the size. When the cashier scans a size 42 label, the POS adds size 42 of that product, and size-wise stock goes down by one. That keeps your stock by size and colour accurate without extra work at the counter. This matters most for clothing and footwear shops.
Scan and sell
At the counter, the POS has a scan field ready. Scan a label and the item is on the bill. If a code does not match a product, the screen shows that it was not found, so the cashier can search instead. Your printed labels and your POS always agree because both come from the same product list.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need separate barcode software?
No. Posify24 creates the barcode for each product from its code and prints it on the label. You only need a printer and label paper.
What printer do I need for labels?
Labels print through your browser. The Print Labels screen puts one label on each page, which suits a roll label printer, and purchase order labels can also be printed on a normal sheet. Test one label first to set the paper size in your printer settings.
Can I use the barcodes already printed on my products?
Yes. The POS finds a scanned item by its product code. If you enter the number under the manufacturer's barcode as the product code, scanning the original barcode finds the product, and you only print labels for the goods that need them.
Can each size of a shirt have its own barcode?
Yes. For products with sizes, the label barcode includes the size. Scanning it at the POS adds that size to the bill and reduces that size's stock.
Can I show the MRP on the label?
Yes. Labels show the sale price, and on the Print Labels screen you choose whether the price is shown including or excluding VAT.
